What you will do

• Support financial planning and investor relations by calculating and preparing financial scenarios
• Assist in monthly closing processes including accounting, controlling, and reporting
• Build financial models and evaluate cost/revenue structures with internal stakeholders
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for the business

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (ideally Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related) with at least 20 hours/week availability
• Strong interest in finance, numbers, and scalable systems
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for financial models, scenarios, and reports
• Experience with Google Slides/PowerPoint for presentations to senior stakeholders
• Excellent English and German (C1/C2) for communication across teams
• Detail-oriented, structured, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Problem-solver adaptable to fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Relevant experience in finance, controlling, or consulting
• Exposure to energy market or tech startups
