• 15+ years in product development project management.
• 5+ years in regulated environments like life sciences or medical devices.
• Knowledge of FDA and regional regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration with external partners.
• Experience aligning projects with organizational strategy and managing cross-functional teams across geographies.
