Salary: $128,000–$207,400 base (varies by office location).

What you will do

• Execute enterprise technology diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, assessing applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, data, IT operations, cybersecurity, and AI readiness.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities tied to investment thesis.
• Develop diligence deliverables linking technology findings to business impact and value creation.
• Support integration/separation planning, cloud migration, and remediation based on diligence insights.
• Collaborate with financial, cyber, strategy, and transformation teams for coordinated delivery.
• Contribute to proposals, methodologies, tools, and internal training in technology transaction advisory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, IT, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in technology diligence, IT advisory, consulting, or transaction support.
• Strong knowledge of technology operating models, cloud platforms/costs, software engineering, and cost structures.
• Experience analyzing complex data and synthesizing insights; Private Equity transactions preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills; client-facing experience.
• Can travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Product-centric or software engineering experience (SaaS, digital platforms).
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, data platforms, or AI initiatives.
• Experience in M&A integration/separation.
