Salary: $151,000 – $242,000

What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end product vision and strategy for complex product areas, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Own multi-year roadmaps, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives across multiple teams.
• Lead discovery, definition, design, and delivery processes with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and go-to-market.
• Drive product launches and go-to-market execution in multi-release environments.
• Identify innovation opportunities, including AI/ML integration for automation and decision-making.
• Manage product/portfolio risks, ensure quality and scalability, and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years in product management with ownership of strategy and execution in complex environments
• Proven ability to define vision, build roadmaps, and deliver enterprise/platform products
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decisions, product telemetry, and financial analysis
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable deliverables
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence across distributed teams
