Location: New York, New York Hybrid

Salary: Base $120,000 and estimated OTE $240,000 with uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial conversations to closing deals
  • Define ICP, buyer personas, positioning, and core messaging
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and workflows
  • Experiment with pricing, deal structures, and sales motions for $30k–$60k deals
  • Collaborate with founders and product teams to influence roadmap based on customer feedback
  • Document learnings and shape the early sales process

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience selling B2B SaaS
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or in unstructured environments
  • Comfort selling evolving products and thriving in ambiguity
  • Curious mindset with strong questioning skills and growth orientation
  • Ownership-driven, fast-moving, and action-biased approach
  • Excitement about defining sales strategy from scratch

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to finance, accounting, or operations teams
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
  • Previous founding AE or 0→1 sales experience
  • Comfort working closely with product and engineering teams
