What you will do

• Execute end-to-end campaigns in Marketo including emails, webinars, nurtures, and batch campaigns
• Manage campaign setup, QA, deployment, and partner with Demand Gen, Content, and Web teams
• Optimize lead lifecycle processes like routing, scoring, and stages
• Monitor and troubleshoot Marketo-Salesforce sync for data consistency
• Support list segmentation, data hygiene, enrichment, and process documentation
• Build reporting frameworks and identify automation opportunities

Requirements

• Located in the United States for remote work
• In-depth hands-on experience with Marketo (Certified Expert or 4+ years) and Salesforce
• Experience executing campaigns, managing lead lifecycles, and demand generation
• Knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation, marketing automation best practices
• Skills in troubleshooting integrations, data analysis, and campaign performance
• Detail-oriented with strong process improvement and collaboration skills
