TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Leading full-cycle B2B sales for a travel and spend management platform with an accent on outbound pipeline generation and closing new business. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami. The role follows a hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in-office.

Salary: $95,000 – $165,000 (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to final deal closure.
  • Generate and nurture pipeline through high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to Office Managers, Finance, and HR leaders.
  • Manage accurate pipelines and revenue forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Partner with Implementation and Account Management teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
  • Tailor pitch strategies to address specific customer pain points and value drivers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, specifically within mid-market SaaS or tech environments.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and net-new business generation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting via video and phone.
  • Self-sufficient, organized, and data-driven approach to sales management.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA is required.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, Chicago, or Miami.
