What you will do

• Lead and mentor backend (Go) and frontend (Vue.js) engineers, focusing on retention, 1:1s, performance reviews, and career growth
• Drive technical strategy as Kubernetes expert, participate in architectural reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions
• Bridge backend complexity and frontend usability while enforcing code quality, testing, and security best practices
• Partner with Product Managers on roadmap, prioritization, and backlog; collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and bottlenecks
• Balance new feature delivery with maintenance and technical debt reduction

Requirements

• 5+ years engineering management experience delivering complex enterprise software
• Deep coding expertise in Go (preferred) or C/C++/Java
• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge for building applications on it
• Full-stack awareness: managing frontend with Vue.js (or React/Angular) and backend APIs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
