Location: Remote - USA (North America, U.S. and Canada). Must be able to travel up to 50%.
Salary: $136,000 - $172,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute North American channel strategy, including partner ecosystem segmentation and growth priorities.
- Drive revenue targets and accurate forecasting through channel partners.
- Build and strengthen partner relationships by recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners.
- Lead and develop the channel sales team, setting goals and coaching performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales engineering, and operations.
- Optimize partner programs, incentives, and enablement frameworks; monitor market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7-10+ years of Strategic Partner Management and/or Business Development for Commercial Sales
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of sales success in partner channels
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, diplomacy, analytical, and communication skills
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
