What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to expand the partner ecosystem and drive revenue.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners as the primary point of contact.
• Provide partners with tools, training, and resources for effective sales and support of data security solutions.
• Set performance metrics and monitor partner success against sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute joint campaigns and generate leads through the channel.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas (TX).
• 7-10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the data security or technology industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the security industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence partners and motivate internal teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
