TL;DR

Lead, Learning & Development Programs (Adtech): Designing and managing global learning initiatives and onboarding processes with an accent on functional competencies and LMS optimization. Focus on developing scalable curricula, facilitating virtual and in-person training, and analyzing program efficacy to foster a growth culture.

Location: Hybrid (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office). Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York City, NY

Salary: $105,000 – $125,000

What you will do

  • Plan, develop, and analyze all learning programs, including post-day-one onboarding and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Design curricula for functional and professional competencies using both bespoke content and external vendors.
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), managing user access, troubleshooting, and updating courses.
  • Facilitate live and asynchronous onboarding processes in collaboration with People Business Partners and managers.
  • Oversee annual compliance courses and maintain People Team content on the company intranet.
  • Evaluate and analyze the efficacy of learning programs to ensure high engagement and growth culture.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing training programs in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Strong proficiency in project management with high attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
  • Experience overseeing LMS systems and curriculum design.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles or New York City to comply with the hybrid office schedule.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with eLearning formats.
  • Familiarity with Workday.
