What you will do

• Translate concept stage creative into production ready artwork across print and digital.
• Ensure design consistency and brand standards across all deliverables.
• Act as liaison between Product Development, Marketing, Design, and Production.
• Design, test, and refine prompts for AI generated creative outputs.
• Help integrate AI tools into creative and production workflows.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in technical design, production, or creative operations.
• Strong understanding of print and digital production workflows.
• Experience working across design, marketing, and product teams.
• Proven ability to maintain brand systems across complex environments.
• Hands on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly or similar.
