What you will do

• Lead UX strategy, user advocacy, interaction design, and information architecture for complex enterprise systems.
• Guide UI engineering and the development of accessible, reusable component libraries.
• Create sketches, storyboards, task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final feature assets.
• Lead Section 508 and WCAG accessibility practices across modular enterprise designs.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, synthesize research and feedback, and support product strategy.
• Help engineering teams integrate business and user requirements using modern front-end technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of technical work experience, including 5+ years in UX research and 3+ years of high-level prototyping.
• Advanced experience with Storybook and HTML/CSS/JavaScript best practices.
• Intermediate experience with React, Angular, GitLab, and AI coding assistants.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and MURAL, plus familiarity with Agile methods and usability testing tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating sentient design, component-driven architecture, and UX metrics in complex UI patterns.

Nice to have

• UX or Design Thinking certifications.
