What you will do
- Architect the long-term product design system strategy to support a decade of growth.
- Drive rapid iteration, deployment, and governance including contribution models, documentation, and version control.
- Uphold high standards for visual design, accessibility, and UX impact across platforms.
- Champion adoption with engineering and product teams, tracking metrics on quality, velocity, and user experience.
- Bridge design and code using AI tools like Model Context Protocols to automate Figma-to-code translation.
- Collaborate strategically, making trade-offs to maintain speed and cross-functional momentum.
Requirements
- 8-10 years as a system designer, with proven 0-1 build or major overhaul at scale in fast-paced tech.
- Outstanding portfolio showing visual craft linked to scalable systems thinking.
- Multi-platform experience (web desktop, iOS, Android) with native constraints.
- Deep WCAG accessibility and inclusive design expertise baked into systems.
- Technical fluency in front-end constraints, handoffs, and AI design ops tools.
- Rapid prioritization, decisiveness, and mission-driven leadership.
