What you will do

• Define and execute roadmap for supply chain compliance systems, processes, and governance
• Interpret regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements and translate into actionable processes
• Proactively identify and design for future compliance needs based on trends and scaling plans
• Build scalable compliance frameworks for supplier onboarding, qualification, and management
• Partner with Legal, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain teams to embed compliance in workflows
• Design processes for supplier verification, documentation, audit readiness, and metrics tracking
• Develop systems/tools for compliance data management and ensure right-sized infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in supply chain, compliance, supplier quality, or related roles
• Strong understanding of defense/manufacturing regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS)
• Experience building/implementing compliance processes, systems, or programs
• Ability to design forward-looking systems in ambiguous environments
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality
