Collections & AR Specialist

What you will do

• Own and drive the day-to-day global collections process
• Monitor customer accounts, identify outstanding balances, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve payment issues
• Support AR processes including payment allocations, credits, refunds, and invoice adjustments
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Account Managers, and Accounting on collections and customer issues
• Track, report on collections activity, and identify process improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of collections experience in B2B SaaS companies (must)
• Fluent English (written and verbal) (must)
• Strong attention to detail (must)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with high ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and/or Recurly
• Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and banking platforms
