What you will do

• Drive collection and documentation of specifications for factory EOL tests and OQ inspections
• Own continuous improvement of products through end of lifecycle and cross-functional communication for new product development and outsourcing
• Troubleshoot production equipment, conduct root cause analysis of failed OQ, and evaluate production runs for improvements
• Manage steps from development to full production including design freezes, pilot builds, BOM release, and long-lead orders
• Review and update documentation for procurement, create work instructions, and support quality in FAI
• Apply DFM/DFA/DFQ principles, plan change control, and understand test fixtures with system integration

Requirements

• BS in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience taking products from R&D to full-scale capital equipment production (10s to 100s+ units)
• Proficiency in CAD software such as Solidworks and OnShape
• Experience as OEM design owner, with manufacturing processes, NPI, and product lifecycle
• PLM experience with Arena or equivalent for complex BOMs
• Excellent technical writing; experience with injection molding and PCBA manufacturing; knowledge of IPC standards
