What you will do
- Deliver performance marketing improvements through strategic engagements with customers and agencies.
- Influence product roadmap by converting customer insights into innovations and features.
- Develop frameworks, use cases, and ROI stories to support sales and customer success.
- Drive expansion and retention by embedding into customers' growth strategies.
- Build executive confidence positioning as a strategic partner.
- Create repeatable playbooks to accelerate compliant campaign launches.
Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on performance marketing with track record of measurable outcomes
- Expertise in Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, and server-side data ingestion
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling
- Proven post-cookie strategies for ITP/ATT environments
- Agency fluency and strategic advisory skills for high-spend environments
- Systems thinking and cross-functional collaboration with product and go-to-market teams
Nice to have
- AI-native workflows for creative analysis and data regressions
- Experience in regulated industries like healthcare (HIPAA), fintech, or insurance
- Product strategy including PRDs and roadmap influence
- Public authority via whitepapers, case studies, or conference speaking
