Salary: $180,000-$240,000

What you will do
- Own the messaging and positioning of Arbiter’s enterprise products, developing clear narratives for payers and providers.
- Lead competitive and market intelligence analysis, equipping sales to differentiate Arbiter.
- Build and maintain core sales assets, including pitch decks and demo narratives.
- Own customer story development, translating technical impact into buyer-relevant value.
- Lead go-to-market and launch strategy for new products and partnerships.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Executive leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise marketing.
- Demonstrated experience owning positioning and messaging for enterprise products.
- Experience in healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare services.
- Strong track record of building sales enablement materials that drive revenue growth.
- Experience translating complex, technical products into clear, buyer-oriented narratives.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles involving payers, providers, or regulated industries.
- Experience supporting Series A / Series B fundraising narratives.
- Background working in highly technical or data-driven product environments.
