Location: Remote or Onsite in New York City or Boca Raton, US

Salary: $180,000-$240,000

What you will do

  • Own the messaging and positioning of Arbiter’s enterprise products, developing clear narratives for payers and providers.
  • Lead competitive and market intelligence analysis, equipping sales to differentiate Arbiter.
  • Build and maintain core sales assets, including pitch decks and demo narratives.
  • Own customer story development, translating technical impact into buyer-relevant value.
  • Lead go-to-market and launch strategy for new products and partnerships.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience owning positioning and messaging for enterprise products.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare services.
  • Strong track record of building sales enablement materials that drive revenue growth.
  • Experience translating complex, technical products into clear, buyer-oriented narratives.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles involving payers, providers, or regulated industries.
  • Experience supporting Series A / Series B fundraising narratives.
  • Background working in highly technical or data-driven product environments.
