What you will do
- Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical leaders.
- Prospect and convert new medical practices into ongoing referral partners.
- Manage a book of existing accounts to increase referral volume and provider satisfaction.
- Execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed growth targets.
- Conduct in-office visits, practice presentations, and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate account activity in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in healthcare field sales, physician liaison, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales growth targets.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory approximately 75% of the time.
