$85K – $105K base + $130K – $150K bonus

• Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners
• Drive new logo acquisition and territory expansion
• Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits
• Educate customers on new hiring model and guide adoption
• Develop deep understanding of local healthcare hiring needs
• Maintain pipeline management and CRM tracking, share market insights

Requirements
