Head of Capital Formation (North America): Lead fundraising across institutional LPs, family offices, and strategic investors into hirify.global’s global fund platform with an accent on origination, pitching, due diligence management, and closing complex commitments. Location: Based in, or willing to relocate to, a major North American financial centre (New York preferred), with flexibility for frequent regional and international travel.

What you will do

• Lead North America fundraising targets across hirify.global’s fund suite, managing full cycle from prospecting to closing commitments.
• Build and maintain pipeline of institutional investors, endowments, pensions, family offices, and strategic corporates.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for North American LPs, handling investor relations and external representation at events.
• Build and lead a team of 3+ capital professionals, fostering high-performance culture and managing workflow.
• Partner with global leadership to influence fund design, pitch materials, and commercial strategy based on LP insights.
• Strengthen capital formation infrastructure, including CRM tools and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Significant experience raising institutional capital in North America across VC, PE, or alternatives, with track record of closing fund commitments.
• Deep active relationships across North American allocators: pensions, endowments, foundations, consultants, FoFs, family offices.
• Experience leading or building capital formation teams and representing firm at senior level.
• Strong commercial instinct, fundraising judgement, fluency in fund performance analysis and due diligence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to operate autonomously in fast-paced environment without heavy support structure.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to major North American financial centre (New York preferred).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with venture/early-stage investing structures, blind pool vehicles, co-investments.
• Experience in closed-end funds, evergreen products.
