What you will do

• Manage lifecycle of Special Access Program (SAP) projects, aligning technology with requirements and security.
• Lead demonstration, analysis, research, and integration of emerging technologies for SAP security.
• Execute analysis, assessment, testing, and experimentation of technical capabilities for operational feasibility.
• Develop evidence-based reports supporting force modernization decisions.
• Oversight project timelines, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration for prototypes.
• Lead business process reviews to optimize technical capability delivery in contested environments.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance (required for SAP access).
• 15+ years managing Special Access Programs (SAP) or highly classified technical projects.
• 10 years executing analysis, assessment, testing, and experimentation of technical capabilities.
• 10 years assessing and demonstrating SAP-related technologies.
• 8 years researching and integrating technologies into SAP security processes.
• 5 years in analysis and demonstration of technical capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences; MBA or Master’s in related technical/professional field.

Nice to have

• Direct military experience or working within Department of War (DoW).
• Experience in "Campaign of Learning" or multicomponent experimentation.
• Familiarity with DoD 5000 series acquisition lifecycle.
• Advanced ability to translate classified technical data into strategic briefings.
