What you will do

• Conduct requirements analysis to support program planning and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain requirements documentation and traceability matrices.
• Perform capability-based assessments and gap analyses to identify program improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and prioritize operational and technical requirements.
• Assist in transitioning program capabilities into formal DoD acquisition and governance processes.
• Analyze program risks, dependencies, and impacts associated with evolving requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting DoD acquisition, governance, or capability development processes.
• Proven experience developing requirements documentation and traceability matrices.
• Strong analytical, research, and technical writing skills.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to define and validate operational requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JCIDS and DoD capability development processes.
• Experience supporting Program Executive Offices, Combatant Commands, or Joint Staff.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSPO, INCOSE, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with large-scale technology or data modernization initiatives.
