Salary: $153,000 — $207,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as day-to-day legal advisor to Marketing on campaigns, social content, creator programs, activations, and press.
• Review and negotiate marketing agreements including talent, production, vendor, licensing, NDAs, and promotional terms; improve templates.
• Own rights clearances for assets, advise on usage across territories and platforms.
• Advise on advertising laws like endorsements, substantiation, contests; maintain compliant guardrails.
• Track regulations and platform policies; run trainings on disclosures and brand safety.
• Assist in other legal matters as needed.

Requirements

• J.D. (or international equivalent) and active bar membership in good standing.
• 4-8+ years relevant legal experience including marketing/advertising campaigns, social media, copyright, trademark, right of publicity.
• Strong contract drafting/negotiation for talent, production, licensing, vendors.
• Clear communication for non-legal stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Cross-functional partnership in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.
