What you will do
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team with a focus on disciplined, collaborative culture.
- Manage team performance against revenue targets, pipeline generation, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
- Lead and refine multi-stage sales processes for complex buying groups and longer deal cycles.
- Develop sales playbooks, case studies, and objection-handling assets tailored to in-house legal teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on account-based strategies and customer handoffs.
- Track sales metrics like pipeline coverage, win rates, and ACV, providing insights to leadership.
- Coach on strategic deals involving stakeholder mapping and negotiation.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing commercial or mid-market sales teams selling to corporate or in-house stakeholders.
- Proven quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience closing complex, multi-threaded deals.
- Strong knowledge of commercial sales motions, pipeline management, MEDDICC or similar frameworks, and forecasting.
- Experience with sales processes and tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills for value-based selling.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced scaling environment.
