What you will do

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team with a focus on disciplined, collaborative culture.
  • Manage team performance against revenue targets, pipeline generation, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead and refine multi-stage sales processes for complex buying groups and longer deal cycles.
  • Develop sales playbooks, case studies, and objection-handling assets tailored to in-house legal teams.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on account-based strategies and customer handoffs.
  • Track sales metrics like pipeline coverage, win rates, and ACV, providing insights to leadership.
  • Coach on strategic deals involving stakeholder mapping and negotiation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing commercial or mid-market sales teams selling to corporate or in-house stakeholders.
  • Proven quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience closing complex, multi-threaded deals.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial sales motions, pipeline management, MEDDICC or similar frameworks, and forecasting.
  • Experience with sales processes and tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills for value-based selling.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced scaling environment.
