What you will do

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound campaigns including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and close new business deals.
  • Manage client relationships via renewals, upselling, referrals, and proactive support.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and customer satisfaction using Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Collaborate with SDR, BDM, and Customer Success teams on internal resources and playbooks.
  • Meet KPIs for sales volume, pipeline growth, and account retention.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle B2B sales experience: lead gen, outreach, demos, closing, renewals.
  • High-volume cold calling expertise.
  • Background in B2B SaaS and eCommerce, with B2B and B2C exposure.
  • Industry knowledge in finance/insurance beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pipedrive, Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills.
