What you will do
- Generate qualified leads through outbound campaigns including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and close new business deals.
- Manage client relationships via renewals, upselling, referrals, and proactive support.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and customer satisfaction using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Collaborate with SDR, BDM, and Customer Success teams on internal resources and playbooks.
- Meet KPIs for sales volume, pipeline growth, and account retention.
Requirements
- Proven full-cycle B2B sales experience: lead gen, outreach, demos, closing, renewals.
- High-volume cold calling expertise.
- Background in B2B SaaS and eCommerce, with B2B and B2C exposure.
- Industry knowledge in finance/insurance beneficial.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Pipedrive, Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills.
