TL;DR

Senior Cross Sell Manager (GRC/HR Tech): Owning cross-sell performance in a fast-growing, multi-brand environment, driving collaboration, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. Focus on launching campaigns, aligning stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and product teams, tracking pipeline and conversions, and embedding accountability through data-led reporting.

Location: London (Remote/hybrid working)

Salary: £70,000 + variable bonus per annum

What you will do

  • Own the cross-sell campaign tracker, maintaining pipeline, conversion metrics, and providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Launch cross-sell campaigns, ensure commitments are delivered, and escalate blockers constructively.
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across commercial, marketing, and product teams to activate new channels.
  • Build relationships, encourage knowledge sharing, and identify best practices to improve performance.
  • Embed a culture of accountability, openness, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or commercial project delivery, ideally in multi-brand environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, confidently engaging and holding senior teams accountable through influence.
  • Comfortable with data, interpreting pipeline and conversion metrics into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, and project tools like Asana, Monday, or Jira.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, compliance, HR tech, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with cross-sell or partnership models.
  • Exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
