Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + 15% bonus

What you will do
- Build and optimise lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app channels
- Increase CRM contribution to bookings from ~2% to 10–20%
- Lead A/B testing programmes to refine messaging and timing
- Partner with Product and Brand teams to embed CRM into new features
- Establish robust QA, processes, and operational best practices
Requirements
- Hands-on CRM experience within consumer, marketplace, or scale-up environments
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Braze (or similar platforms)
- Data-led mindset, linking CRM activity to revenue and retention
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity and move quickly
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach with a bias for action
