Location: Moorgate, London | Hybrid (4 days office)

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + 15% bonus

What you will do

  • Build and optimise lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app channels
  • Increase CRM contribution to bookings from ~2% to 10–20%
  • Lead A/B testing programmes to refine messaging and timing
  • Partner with Product and Brand teams to embed CRM into new features
  • Establish robust QA, processes, and operational best practices

Requirements

  • Hands-on CRM experience within consumer, marketplace, or scale-up environments
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Braze (or similar platforms)
  • Data-led mindset, linking CRM activity to revenue and retention
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguity and move quickly
  • Proactive, ownership-driven approach with a bias for action
