TL;DR
HR Business Partner (US & LATAM): Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience in a global scaling environment with an accent on performance management, employee relations, and talent growth. Focus on leading HR processes, coaching leaders, and implementing cross-functional global initiatives.
Hybrid role based in New York City, requiring presence in the Manhattan office 3 days per week; supporting remote employees across the US and LATAM.

What you will do
- Act as primary HRBP for New York office, remote US, and LATAM employees.
- Partner with leaders to align business goals with people strategies.
- Lead performance management, employee relations, engagement, and retention.
- Own full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Design learning & development initiatives and support talent growth.
- Drive cross-functional global HR projects and coach managers on leadership.
Requirements
- 3-4 years as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a tech company.
- Strong experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR processes.
- Experience supporting distributed/global teams.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently in fast-paced scaling environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing, emotional intelligence, and analytical skills.
- BA/BS in relevant field or equivalent; Master’s – advantage.
