What you will do

• Lead design, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable data models for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and analytics/engineering teams to translate needs into high-impact solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities linked to business outcomes.
• Develop actionable insights, dashboards, KPIs, and tools embedded in business workflows.
• Enforce data governance, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Mentor analysts and drive continuous improvements in processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in analytics, data science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or related (preferred); or 12+ years experience
• 7+ years in data analytics or related field
• Experience in data modeling and analytical frameworks for business processes.
• Strong business acumen connecting strategy to analytics outcomes in manufacturing/operations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and delivery through governance and best practices.
