What you will do

• Contribute to the analytics roadmap for short-, medium-, and long-term business needs and enhance data lakes and data fabric.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand analytics needs, define project scope, and document requirements.
• Create design documents for data solutions under guidance and present proposals incorporating feedback.
• Collaborate across teams and functions, manage consultants, provide technical guidance, and support professional growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering within analytics.
• 2+ years hands-on with AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, Alteryx.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data lake principles, data pipelines, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel 0-10% for onboarding and global collaboration.
