What you will do

• Own the BI analytical workflow: build and maintain dbt data models and Looker dashboards for reliable insights.
• Conduct strategic deep-dive analyses on operational metrics to inform market prioritization and cost-saving decisions.
• Handle urgent quick-turnaround requests and long-term high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements, such as automating workflows and optimizing structures.
• Create and maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools for self-service data-driven decisions.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years related experience with Bachelor’s (or 3 years with Master’s, or PhD)
• Proficient in SQL with multi-table joins, window functions, and aggregations
• Hands-on experience with modern BI platform like Looker (preferred), Tableau, or Power BI
• Location: Remote US only

• Proven ability to manage long-term projects and urgent requests with clear communication.
• Experience building presentations and briefing documents to influence decisions.
