Warehouse Lead (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate material flow, shipping, receiving, assembly support, and delivery of components to manufacturing departments.
• Prioritize work, monitor progress, and revise schedules to meet manufacturing and customer demands.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, ISO documentation, and safety policies.
• Train and mentor team members and provide hands-on support.
• Resolve tier 1 escalations as a first responder or subject matter expert.
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing programs, and daily startup meetings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced SAP knowledge and computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic Lean knowledge, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to train others, work with limited supervision, meet deadlines, and work overtime.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical warehouse tasks, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
