3PL Program Manager

What you will do

• Monitor regional order flows and ensure accurate synchronization between Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL warehouse management systems.
• Resolve address validation errors, inventory stockouts, SKU mismatches, and other order exceptions within 24 hours.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with warehouse teams and FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other logistics partners.
• Support cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and reconcile physical stock with digital records.
• Provide Customer Success with updates on priority orders, delivery delays, and regional disruptions.
• Audit shipping documentation and packaging, analyze aging orders, and support returns and reverse logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent operational experience.
• Understanding of order-to-cash cycles and warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a commitment to execution quality and customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

• Basic Excel skills for data entry and simple reporting.
• Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, or warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with regional carrier networks and domestic shipping regulations.
• Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics coordination, preferably in a high-growth e-commerce environment.
