What you will do

• Build and execute a multi-year strategy for scaling global operations and expanding product capabilities.
• Lead manufacturing and operations engineering, including process and tooling development for high-quality products at scale.
• Oversee demand forecasting, supply alignment, factory builds, and customer allocation during new product introductions.
• Drive logistics and supply chain excellence through partner negotiations and global process optimization.
• Expand the global manufacturing footprint and partnerships across hardware and materials.
• Partner with R&D, product, and go-to-market teams on product introductions, material launches, and adjacent growth opportunities.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong background in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Proven success scaling global, multi-site manufacturing networks.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing engineering, supply chain, or logistics operations.
• Experience building vendor relationships and negotiating high-value contracts.
• Track record of executing long-term strategies that expand capabilities, improve margins, and support growth at scale.
