Warehouse & Logistics Manufacturing Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Lutz, Florida, United States; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Coordinate Material Coordinators, Assembly Coordinators, Shipping, and Receiving to ensure materials and components reach manufacturing departments safely, on time, and with high quality.
• Maintain material and order flow through timely cross-department communication, priority setting, progress monitoring, and schedule revisions.
• Apply organizational standards, SOPs, and ISO documentation to maintain quality requirements.
• Provide hands-on training and mentoring, and act as a first responder or subject matter expert for tier 1 escalations.
• Support a safe work environment and champion 5S and Lean Manufacturing programs.
• Run daily startup meetings when the Supervisor is unavailable and support manufacturing and customer demand requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced SAP knowledge and computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic Lean knowledge, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, meet deadlines, communicate effectively, train others, and work overtime.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly sit, squat, bend, push, pull, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• The position is safety sensitive and subject to drug testing as permitted by law.
