What you will do

• Assist leadership with development of organizational strategies and objectives.
• Lead and manage initiatives to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment and coordination.
• Manage project portfolio and drive execution.
• Develop performance management models and tools.
• Analyze complex data to provide insights to leadership.
• Train staff and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience required.
• Professional certification required, Rummler-Brache and CEBS preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible group disability claim experience.
• 3 years of experience managing a claim team.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean principles preferred.
