What you will do

• Define and evolve metrics to measure business value in an AI-first environment.
• Design and maintain a performance architecture (Control Tower) to provide real-time business health visibility.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize and deploy internal AI use cases.
• Develop frameworks to track the impact of AI transformation initiatives.
• Translate operational data into persuasive narratives for the Board and Executive team.
• Manage CEO-sponsored cross-functional initiatives requiring structured problem-solving and change leadership.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/BizOps at high-growth tech companies.
• Proven background in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strong analytical rigour with ability to define KPIs, build models, and design skill frameworks.
• Narrative mastery with proficiency in executive writing and slide design.
• Practical AI fluency and experience with modern productivity/automation tools.
• Must be based in North America.
