What you will do

• Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand market reach within the consultant community.
• Serve as the primary contact for healthcare benefit brokers, cultivating new relationships and managing existing partnerships.
• Identify and analyze industry trends to inform internal product, sales, and marketing strategies.
• Represent the voice of the consultant internally while collaborating with cross-functional teams like sales, product, and customer success.
• Define KPIs and track performance outcomes to report on the efficacy of partnership initiatives to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare benefits industry.
• 3-5 years of specific experience in consultant relations.
• Strong network of existing contacts and relationships with healthcare benefits brokers.
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to travel regularly for partnership and business development initiatives.
