What you will do

• Provide project leadership for operations, process improvements, and client requests.
• Oversee proposals, ensure quality delivery on time and budget, and support project execution.
• Build enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes; direct data processing and analytics teams for dashboards and reports.
• Grow client engagements, own relationships, and identify firm growth opportunities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and finances, including SOWs and invoicing.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor diverse global teams; foster innovative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor or advanced degree with 8-10 years professional experience.
• Experience in life sciences/pharma industry; strong understanding of commercial functions like Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, BI/Reporting.
• Coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI); advanced Excel.
• Advanced analytical/problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience as team leader or people manager; ability to work collaboratively.
