What you will do

• Build and develop team focused on customer experience across vendor categories.
• Develop business strategies to maximize Xvantage experience for vendors, customers, and associates, driving growth and profitability.
• Leverage data and insights to evolve core focus areas and create value for customers.
• Monitor external market developments and competitive activity to inform strategy.
• Establish and track KPIs for vendors using Xvantage capabilities.
• Foster vendor relationships, collaborate with finance on P&L, and ensure talent growth and business continuity.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 10 years functional experience, including 5 years position-specific and leadership/supervisory experience
• P&L management and financial acumen in category group
• Collaboration and inspirational leadership in matrixed organization
• Deep understanding of technology channel ecosystem and market drivers
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, changing growth environment delivering complex platform solutions
