What you will do
- Synthesize market trends to define and execute long-term vision for System Level Test Platform.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing to create customer-centric value propositions for Datacenter/AI, Mobility, and Automotive segments.
- Own product definition, forecasting, pricing, go-to-market execution, and end-of-life planning.
- Develop consistent messaging for customers, sales, and stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance market share, margins, and inventory management.
- Participate in conferences and build strategic customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent; MBA/Master's a plus
- 15+ years experience, including 5+ in product development/management (ATE preferred)
- Strong technical background in digital semiconductor development (design, DFT, fabrication, packaging, testing).
- Understanding of datacenter/client architectures for AI applications.
- Strong influence, leadership, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
