TL;DR

Senior IT Product Manager (Internal IT Services): Defining and driving product strategy and roadmap for IT-owned systems and services with an accent on managing lifecycle from planning to release and analyzing performance. Focus on collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to prioritize needs, drive sprints with user stories, and ensure secure implementations.

What you will do

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for internal IT services.
  • Manage stakeholder needs, demand intake, project boards, backlogs, and sprints with clear user stories.
  • Prioritize trade-offs and collaborate with engineering, design, security, and risk teams for timely releases.
  • Direct integrations between platforms and hirify.global systems, including vendor collaborations.
  • Oversee testing, UAT, bug triage, and data management strategies including SQL queries.
  • Develop compliance standards and ensure accurate data reports aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in program/product management and business systems implementation (or equivalent with Bachelor's: 8+ years, Master's: 6+ years, Doctorate: 3+ years).
  • Experience working with senior leaders on solution needs and shortcomings in IT systems.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of integrations, testing (unit, UAT, regression), and data models.
  • SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation.

Nice to have

  • 9+ years experience (or higher with degrees).
