What you will do

  • Drive product strategy through rapid prototyping, mockups, fast feedback cycles, and sharing learnings in hands-on working groups.
  • Co-design live with engineering and design partners, providing hands-on input in technical and design discussions.
  • Deliver complete end-to-end outcomes solving core customer problems with urgency and focus on cohesive user experiences.
  • Apply AI-native mindset to leverage emerging technologies for new customer value and accelerate personal workflows with AI tools.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with proven history of launching and scaling successful products.
  • Strong track record of hands-on execution: conceptualizing, prototyping, testing, and iterating rapidly.
  • Technical fluency for engaging with engineering on architecture and forward-looking AI utilization in product development.
  • Boundaryless collaboration across disciplines in fast-paced team environments.
  • Deep customer obsession with small business operational challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred); equivalent experience considered.
