Salary: $128,000 - $170,000 base + bonus

What you will do

• Develop strategic business cases and create product roadmaps aligned with the product vision and delivery goals.
• Collaborate with Market Managers to define GTM strategies and achieve revenue goals and competitive positioning.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from strategic planning and business case development to launch and end-of-life.
• Analyze product performance, including profitability, planned revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Define user personas and write scenarios to illustrate market problems and justify product requirements.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and the product community of practice, providing technical support and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of product management and leadership experience, managing direct reports or indirect teams.
• Prior experience in healthcare with specific knowledge of contract and price management.
• Experience with SaaS delivered applications and business models.
• Authorized to work in the US; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Technical aptitude to understand product dynamics and recommend enhancements.
