Location: Minimum 4 days per week onsite in Mounds View, Minnesota, USA
Salary: $132,800 - $199,200

What you will do
- Own the full product marketing strategy, including launch planning, in-market optimization, and product transitions.
- Develop product positioning and messaging grounded in clinical evidence and customer insights.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, regulatory, sales, and supply chain in a matrixed organization.
- Manage Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, including forecasting, demand planning, and portfolio priorities.
- Partner with US and global field teams to drive product adoption through training, tools, and messaging.
- Engage directly with physicians and stakeholders to inform commercial decision-making and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or commercial roles.
- Proven experience in downstream or commercial marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or similar enterprise planning processes.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire.
- Ability to travel approximately 30%, including domestic and select global travel.

- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or the Structural Heart domain.
- Experience working in global, highly matrixed organizations.
