What you will do

• Own administration, configuration, and optimization of commercial planning software for reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Lead developers, administrators, and analysts to align software efforts with business priorities.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and prioritize in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Challenge assumptions and influence adoption of best-practice improvements.
• Monitor projects for on-time, on-budget delivery and develop documentation like process models and specs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Recent experience using Github and Jira.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management experience with common tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years managing IT technical teams.
• Experience in consumer products or consumer goods.
