What you will do

• Support evolution of Agile practices aligned to product operating model and business goals.
• Build and sustain Agile CoE with standards, playbooks, and best practices.
• Manage team of Scrum Masters, including recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Partner with PMO to align Agile with portfolio planning, governance, and reporting.
• Coach product managers, engineering leaders, and teams on Agile principles.
• Define and track delivery metrics like cycle time, throughput, and predictability.
• Enable tooling like Jira and ADO for effective planning and tracking.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in software delivery with hands-on Agile experience
• Experience in Agile environments in software or SaaS organizations
• 3+ years managing or leading Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches
• Demonstrated collaboration with PMOs or governance functions
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and product-centric delivery
• Experience coaching teams and influencing ways of working
• Familiarity with DevOps and modern software delivery practices

Nice to have

• Experience with product operating model frameworks
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, ICP-ACC)
