Scrum Master (AI/ML Ops): Enabling high-performing Agile delivery for data and analytics squads with an accent on implementing AI/ML Ops practices and governed AI solutions. Focus on driving the adoption of CI/CD for models, optimizing delivery flow, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a biotech context.

Location: Hybrid in Carlsbad, CA (must be onsite 3 days a week, Tuesday-Thursday)

Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies for Data & Analytics squads, ensuring they are outcome-oriented.
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML Ops practices, including version control, CI/CD for data and models, and automated testing.
• Remove delivery impediments by coordinating across IT, security, and business partners.
• Coach Product Owners, Engineers, and Analysts on Agile principles, story writing, and flow-based metrics.
• Ensure delivery practices support regulatory expectations (GxP/SOX) for data and AI in a life sciences context.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Carlsbad, CA.
• 5–8+ years in Agile delivery roles supporting data, analytics, or software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience implementing DevOps or MLOps practices for AI/ML workloads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of modern architectures (Lakehouse, vector search) and tools such as Databricks and Jira.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
